The ingredients below are for the regular St. Brigid’s Feast menu. We will also have gluten-free versions of Boxty and Bread Pudding as well as some GF breads to go with the soups.
White Bean Soup- Navy beans, ham hock, chicken stock, garlic, onion, celery, carrot, bay leaf, thyme, sage, salt and pepper.
Soda Bread- Flour, sugar, salt, cream of tartar, caraway seed, butter, buttermilk, egg, baking soda, raisins.
Sweet butter- Butter, honey.
Salmon- Mead, apple cider vinegar, honey, butter, thyme, salt, pepper, dandelion flower.
Boxty Cakes- Potatoes, flour, buttermilk, butter, baking soda, salt, pepper, sage.
Lamb- Juniper berry, allspice, clove, peppercorn, coriander, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, salt, mustard, honey.
Colcannon- potatoes, butter, cabbage, dandelion greens, milk, sour cream, garlic, salt pork, green onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley.
Bread Pudding- Heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, evaporated milk, eggs, French bread, dried cherries, cinnamon
Whiskey Caramel- sugar, butter, cream cheese, whiskey, milk
